Draft, not yet reviewed by counsel

Legal draft

Terms

These terms describe the Kobe AI website and engine as they work in this draft. They are not in force. [legal entity TBD] has not adopted them.

The service

Kobe AI lets you open a marketing page, send an early-access request, and run an engine. A run starts from a URL, an idea, or accounts and hashtags. The output is a playbook in the engine and a Markdown download. A finished playbook can also be shared as a read-only page. Sharing is off until you create a link, and you can revoke that link.

The engine reads public posts, comments, and transcripts. It does not log in to social accounts, and it does not post for you.

No account and no payment

There is no visitor account. If the operator has set an access token, creating a run, creating or revoking a share link, and listing early-access requests require that token. The site does not take payment, and this draft sets no price.

Demo and live runs

Without an Apify token, or with demo mode forced, the posts are a pinned sample dataset. The engine, the API, and the Markdown file label those runs SAMPLE DATA. The sample posts come from one fixed niche. A demo run for a different niche still names your niche, then analyses the sample posts.

Without an OpenRouter key, or with demo mode forced, the writing step uses template text instead of a model.

A live run calls Apify and, when a key is set, OpenRouter. Live runs can fail, take minutes, or be unavailable. This draft does not promise that live mode is on.

What you submit

You are responsible for the URL, the idea, and the accounts you send. Do not send private personal data you have no right to send. Do not use the engine to break into accounts or to get around a platform's access controls. The scrapers are for publicly available posts.

If you submit a URL, this server fetches that page, with the limits described in the privacy draft.

Early access

The form stores your name, email, optional brand or website, platform, and intent, as described in the privacy draft. Sending the form is a request. It is not a promise of access, a paid plan, or a reply. The software does not send email.

No promise of results

A playbook is research output. It is not a promise of views, followers, revenue, or that a post will travel. Do not treat sample data as live results for your niche.

Availability and storage

The service can change or go offline. On the current Vercel host, saved runs and early-access rows live in an ephemeral SQLite file and can disappear on a restart or a deploy.

This draft does not choose a governing law. Placeholder: [governing law TBD]. It does not set a damages cap or a warranty. Those decisions belong to counsel and to [legal entity TBD]. Until a reviewed version replaces this page, do not treat these sentences as a finished contract.
